Founder of a university entrepreneurship club, inspired by foreign models, Guilherme has overcome several challenges in order to strengthen an enterprise and its brand. Together with his partners, the young man, who has experience in startup, prioritized diversity when recruiting the first members of the club. However, this element proved to be complex in terms of management and brought some unpleasant surprises, leading to the dissolution of the first team. Resilient and experienced in the subject, although young, the entrepreneur has managed to form a new team and finds himself with new projects in view of the entrepreneurship club. Helped by the lessons learned from the mistakes of the past, which Guilherme wants to prevent them from happening again and driven by new plans, the young man finds himself facing what may be his greatest challenge so far: to lead the succession process without the club get undone. The data for the elaboration of this case were collected through semi-structured interviews, direct observation and club documents.
