Comportamiento intraemprendedor y cultura organizativa intraemprendedora: Un análisis de la influencia en el éxito del proyecto

Objetivo: A pesar del gran interés académico y práctico por el intraemprendimiento, existen pocos estudios que lo relacionen con el éxito de los proyectos. El objetivo de este estudio es determinar la influencia moderadora de la cultura organizacional intraemprendedora sobre el comportamiento intraemprendedor y sus relaciones con el éxito de los proyectos. El estudio también pretende establecer los perfiles heterogéneos del intraemprendimiento, y sus diferentes efectos en el éxito de los proyectos. Método: se utilizó un enfoque de encuesta, con un análisis de datos mediante un modelo de ecuaciones estructurales, regresión lineal para las pruebas de moderación y análisis de clases latentes para la clasificación heterogénea de la muestra de 284 participantes en el proyecto en términos de intraemprendimiento. Aportaciones teóricas: los resultados muestran que existe influencia del intraemprendimiento de los profesionales en el éxito de los proyectos. Por otro lado, una cultura organizativa intraemprendedora débil o media reduce la fuerza de la relación del intraemprendimiento con el éxito de los proyectos. El estudio también identifica tres perfiles heterogéneos de intraemprendedores, y que la cultura organizacional aumenta la posibilidad de éxito del proyecto, incluso para individuos con un perfil bajo para el intraemprendimiento. Originalidad: este estudio analiza de forma pionera la relación entre el intraemprendimiento individual y organizativo, como cultura, para el éxito de los proyectos, de forma directa e indirecta, con una metodología diversa. Aportaciones a la gestión: el estudio sugiere para la práctica la importancia del comportamiento intraemprendedor para el éxito de los proyectos, y la relevancia de estimular la cultura organizativa intraemprendedora, capaz de movilizar incluso a individuos poco emprendedores, en la medida en que los individuos naturalmente intraemprendedores son escasos.
