Bases, procesos, resultados y contextos del aprendizaje interorganizacional en redes de cooperación: Un estudio de casos múltiple

Resumen

Objetivo: Analizar como bases, procesos, resultados y contextos de aprendizaje interorganizacional se constituyen en redes de cooperación. Método: Estudio de casos múltiple a través de entrevistas y análisis de documentos en tres redes de cooperación, con predominio de micro y pequeñas empresas en los segmentos de industria, comercio y servicios. Resultados principales: Aprendizaje interorganizacional se puede identificar en sus bases, generando el fortalecimiento de la competitividad de las empresas, permitiendo la participación conjunta en actividades. El proceso de aprendizaje – formal e informal – se produjo a través del intercambio de experiencias y conocimientos. Em los resultados, lo que se aprendió en la red se utilizó internamente por las empresas, teniendo em cuenta sus trayectorias y expectativas. Contribuciones teóricas/metodológicas: La constitución del aprendizaje interorganizacional ha sido enfatizada – las bases, procesos, resultados y sus interacciones con el contexto. Relevancia/originalidad: El estudio contribuye al conocimiento en aprendizaje interorganizacional, especialmente en sus procesos, teniendo en cuenta la importancia del análisis multinivel; amplía el escaso número de estudios que investigan aprendizaje en redes de cooperación. Contribuciones sociales/gerenciales: La importancia del aprendizaje y del conocimiento generados a partir de las relaciones interorganizacionales, con énfasis en el papel de los boundary spanners y en aspectos contextuales para calificar los procesos internos y para ampliar la comprensión de los costos y riesgos asociados.
