Comprensión del crowdfunding como redes colaborativas para startups: Una agenda de investigación

Objetivo: Contribuir a la expansión de la eficiencia de estrategias de crowdfunding, a partir de la incorporación de la perspectiva de una red colaborativa, en el financiamiento de la operación inicial de startups. En este sentido, el enfoque del estudio se centró en investigar el proceso de crowdfunding como una red con gestión y cultura colaborativa. Metodología: Se realizó un inventario de literatura orientado a la identificación de convergencias conceptuales entre crowdfunding y redes colaborativas, evaluando la viabilidad de mejorar las estrategias de crowdfunding mediante la comprensión de este proceso como una red colaborativa. Relevancia/Originalidad: El artículo ofrece un enfoque innovador y adicional para la estrategia de crowdfunding, contribuyendo conceptual y operativamente en su diseño y gestión, cuando se considera como una red de colaboración. Resultados: El estudio proporciona una comparación conceptual consistente entre las dimensiones asociadas con el crowdfunding y las redes colaborativas, identificando el nivel de convergencia teórica entre ambas y, por lo tanto, indicando la viabilidad de las redes colaborativas como una contribución teórica relevante en la construcción y gestión de crowdfunding. Contribuciones teórico-metodológicas: El trabajo ofrece como principales contribuciones teóricas (a) evidencias consistentes de compatibilidad conceptual entre los constructos estudiados y (b) la propuesta de una agenda de investigación, sugiriendo posibles preguntas de investigación para futuros estudios, basadas en esta convergencia entre crowdfunding para startups y redes colaborativas.
