Gamificación en la enseñanza de emprendimiento: Una Revisión sistemática de la literatura y agenda de investigación futura

Resumen

Objetivo: Este estudio busca comprender cómo los investigadores han abordado la gamificación en la enseñanza de emprendimiento y, a partir de ese análisis, proponer direcciones para investigaciones futuras mediante la sistematización de Teorías, Contextos, Características y Metodologías (Framework TCCM). Metodología: Se utilizó el protocolo Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta-analyses (PRISMA) para la revisión sistemática en ocho bases de investigación (Web of Science, Science Direct, Scopus, Springer, Emerald, Wiley, Sage y Taylor & Francis). Se incluyeron 33 estudios empíricos, publicados entre 2017 y 2022. Principales Resultados: La mayoría de las investigaciones no exploró una variedad de teorías existentes, como la Teoría del Comportamiento Planeado. Además, los trabajos se concentran en la enseñanza superior, habiendo una brecha en el contexto de la enseñanza básica y media. Se sugiere que las muestras sean balanceadas por género, análisis con métodos mixtos, estudios experimentales y longitudinales. Contribuciones: El estudio contribuye a la literatura al compilar las principales aproximaciones adoptadas en la educación emprendedora gamificada. Además, propone una agenda de investigación a partir de las brechas en la literatura. Relevancia y originalidad: la investigación adopta un enfoque conjunto de los protocolos PRISMA y TCCM, avanzando en la mera descripción de resultados, con el intento de fundamentar una agenda de investigación propositiva para la comunidad académica de emprendimiento. Contribuciones gerenciales y sociales: la identificación de mejores prácticas para la aplicación de la gamificación en la enseñanza de emprendimiento - el diseño de juegos y la selección de objetivos de aprendizaje - proporciona información para los educadores, formuladores de políticas públicas, instituciones de fomento al emprendimiento y programas corporativos.
