Flexibilidad cognitiva y autoeficiencia emprendedora de líderes de la Alianza De Emprendedores Jovenes y la Federación Iberoamericana De Emprendedores Jovenes

Resumen

Objetivo: Evaluar la relación entre Flexibilidad Cognitiva, con sus subescalas, y Autoeficacia Emprendedora, con sus dimensiones, de los líderes que representan a los jóvenes emprendedores en la Alianza de Jóvenes Emprendedores del G20 y la Federación Iberoamericana de Jóvenes Emprendedores. Metodología: El estudio tiene enfoques cualitativos y cuantitativos, así como de carácter descriptivo. El procesamiento analítico y estadístico fue el Análisis Cualitativo Comparativo de Conjuntos Difusos (fsQCA); Correlación y regresión lineal. Resultados: Los resultados mostraron una correlación positiva significativa en las hipótesis H2, H3 y H4, y rechazaron la hipótesis H1, concluyendo así que estos líderes mantienen la destreza en percibir y generar múltiples explicaciones y soluciones alternativas ante inciertos, difíciles y / o nuevos sucesos ( flexibilidad cognitiva), influyendo positivamente en la creencia de que sus habilidades son efectivas para tomar los cursos de acción necesarios para la creación de un nuevo negocio o el desarrollo de una empresa existente (autoeficacia empresarial). Aportes teóricos / metodológicos: El estudio contribuye a la literatura ampliando el conocimiento sobre la relación entre flexibilidad cognitiva y autoeficacia empresarial, así como la muestra de investigación formada por líderes mundiales y el uso de la técnica fsQCA. Relevancia / Originalidad: La investigación profundiza la discusión sobre la flexibilidad cognitiva y la autoeficacia empresarial de los jóvenes líderes emprendedores, ya que la forma de pensar y actuar de los emprendedores se ha convertido en un tema indispensable para apoyar las actividades emprendedoras realizadas de forma independiente o dentro de organizaciones. Contribuciones sociales: La contribución está en la evidencia de que existe una relación positiva significativa entre la flexibilidad cognitiva, que es una habilidad importante para la resolución de problemas, junto con la autoeficacia empresarial para comprender las estrategias que los emprendedores comparten entre sí.
